Founded in 2014, Bab Rayan is a well-known, multi-faceted non-profit organization dedicated to child welfare, protection, and education in Casablanca. It essentially operates as a comprehensive support system rather than just a traditional orphanage, focusing on several core pillars: Foyer Bab Rayan (The Children's Home): A residential social welfare institution providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for orphaned, abandoned, or vulnerable children. Palmier School: A specialized primary school designed to support children who have experienced academic failure or exclusion, utilizing tailored, innovative teaching methods to help them reintegrate into the educational system. Vocational Training Center: A newer initiative targeted at addressing a critical gap in Morocco, where many orphans struggle after turning 18.
